Description
The debut album from Welsh band Stereophonics, Word Gets Around nabbed the Number Six spot in the UK Albums Chart in late 1997. It spawned the successful singles and live favourites “Local Boy in the Photograph”, “A Thousand Trees” and “Traffic”.
The album is often regarded as the band’s best by critics and fans alike.
