Finding emotions we thought were forgotten while listening to Sara Correia sing has become something of a habit. The mournful, soulful and beautiful brand new album is “Do Coração” and it features the new single “Dizer Não” (“Turning You Down”), with words and music by Luísa Sobral,.“I’ve been a fan of Sara’s voice from the very first time I heard her sing. Those bass notes go straight to your heart, you feel every word she sings. I thought that her mournful, striking voice would be a perfect fit for this shattered and bitter character. The new album was produced by her long-time collaborator, Diogo Clemente, one of Portugal’s most renowned musicians.
