Dylan Baldi & co. are back with their follow up to 2014’s brilliant Here And Nowhere Else and as we’ve come to expect from this band their songwriting and sound has progressed once more. Life Without Sound seems to fall somewhere in-between their best two records to date boasting the best parts of both records to include the ferocious raw and aggressive energy of Attack On Memory (2012) and the more melodic and shorter track timings of Here And Nowhere. It would appear that Cloud Nothings have hit the nail on the head this time round. Anyone who’s in to the likes Car Seat Headrest and Parquet Courts or likes of Dinosaur Jr Pixies and Husker Du are sure to love this band!
