THE MISFITS Beware (Original Plan 9 1980 7-Track 12″ Vinyl EP. Only3,120 copies were pressed in the UK to promote the Misfits’ 1979 tourwith The Damned, but due to unfinished sleeve artwork, the EP wasn’treleased until after the tour in January 1980. As a result, itsdistribution was extremely limited. Issued on Glenn Danzig’s Plan 9label, the record features a black and white picture sleeve with acontorted band photo. Frequently bootlegged and rarely seen inoriginal form, this is the first genuine copy we’ve encountered in over30 years—a true rarity. The vinyl shows light shelf and edge wear witha few faint pressure marks. Following a play test, the vinyl shows onlyminor hairline marks and minimal surface noise during playback.
