Overview:
Blix Street Records release five 180g vinyl Eva Cassidy albums plus simultaneous release of collectors boxset. Evas seminal, UK No.1, x6 Platinum Award Songbird album, unavailable in vinyl form for 8 years, returns to the European marketplace in re-sequenced and re-mastered form. The remaining four albums, available on vinyl for the very first time, have similarly been re-sequenced from their CD counterparts to maximise the audio quality. The Platinum Award, UK No.1 albums Imagine and American Tune accompany the Gold Award albums Time After Time and Somewhere. Also released is a collectors edition box set containing all five albums. The hand-numbered, 3000 limited copy, lift off lid box also includes a 180g 12 single of two hit recordings not included on What A Wonderful World (2004 version) and You Take My Breath Away (2012 version). Also in the boxset is a reproduction 12x12 print of an original painting by Eva Cassidy. Both the 12 single and 12 print are exclusive to this boxset package.
